Join Nicole Walsh and Rod Galbraith in the cosy container of our nurturing yoga retreat home, immerse yourself in nature and elevate your teaching journey. Over four days, explore your lunar "bhavana", expand your wisdom, and awaken your ability to guide others into states of radiant well-being.
Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing through the sublime realms of the Lunar Arts of yoga. Designed for yoga teachers who seek to expand their teaching repertoire and dive deeper into the sacred dimensions of yoga, this comprehensive training is a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern science, and offers a subtle shift towards being more inwardly attentive.
This training can also be enjoyed by non-yoga teachers who love a restorative or ‘yin-style’ practice for deeper nourishment and healing of body and mind, and want to take this training as a ‘personal retreat’.
In this 50-hour experience, you will delve into the gentle embrace of restorative yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation practices. Drawing inspiration from the profound wisdom of Tantric Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda, you will learn to guide your students on a journey of inner exploration, providing them with the tools to destress, calm their minds, and rejuvenate their bodies.
