General Terms & Conditions

All passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other pass.
10 class passes have a generous 4-month expiry date from date of first visit, while 5-class passes have 2 months.
Please note that these cannot be extended. Passes purchased online will activate upon your first visit.

InYoga reserves the right to cancel, change or vary classes, teachers, workshops or teacher training programs. While we endeavour to give you as much notice as we can, this may not always be possible. Please check live timetables for up-to-date information on all classes and events.

We endeavour to start and end all classes on time, and as such ask that you honour our class start times (and other students) by arriving at least 5-10 minutes early to be on time.  We do not have reception staff, and doors may be locked if you arrive late to class.

"Studio Membership+" Terms & Conditions

Studio Membership+ has no joining fee and a 2 month minimum contract period. Membership payments are deducted fortnightly from the starting date, from your nominated credit card or bank account.

Cancellations

After your minimum contract period you may cancel anytime with 14 days notice by emailing reception@inyoga.com.au or hello@inyoga.com.au.
All requests for cancellation must be provided in writing. 14-day notice period must include one final billing date, and your membership will end at the end of that billing period. You will receive an email confirmation that your membership has been cancelled.  If you do not receive a reply within seven days, please contact us again. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for non-attendance - it is each member's responsibility to cancel membership when it is no longer required.

Suspension

Memberships may be suspended for a maximum of seven days for each three-month membership period, and up to a total of 28 days per year from start date of membership. No suspension permitted within first three months of membership.  A $10 charge for each week of suspension will be applied to your account. Requests for suspension must be emailed to membership@inyoga.com.au or hello@inyoga.com.au. Seven days advance notice is required for suspension of membership.
