Sahara is InYoga’s four-legged mascot and furry guru. She probably discovered yoga as a puppy, and has been perfecting her downward dog for the last 7 years. She's always happy to demonstrate this for you in the studio, if you ask her nicely.
As a rescue dog, she’s had tough times in the past. But now that she’s living with the yogis she is much calmer and more grounded. She has her own special way of sharing yoga with those she meets. Give her time and a little space, and she’ll shyly lick your hand. Once she gets to know you, unconditional love is her gift, and she’ll snuggle in for a cuddle or choose someone’s yoga mat to snooze on. You can follow her journey on Instagram @saharathedingo
