Dalena Tu

Dalena is the most recent member of InYoga’s teaching team, and we’re continually inspired by her enthusiasm and dedication for her own yoga practice, as well as her light-hearted way of sharing her love of yoga with others.

Dalena went to her first yoga class in 2018, after a friend gifted her an intro pass during a period of high anxiety and depression. She quickly became obsessed and noticed it was the only thing that could calm her racing mind.

“Over time my yoga practice has become a portal to come home to myself and heal deep emotional wounds. Yoga has held me through some of the lowest times in my life and continues to be a source of soul comfort, reminding me that everything I need is already within!”
