This winter we're bringing you a selection of workshops to dive deeper into your love of yoga.
We'll be exploring a spectrum of yoga knowledge from understanding how to empower your yoga asana, revitalise and calm your body and mind through pranayama(breathwork), gain mental and emotional clarity with meditation, live well through yoga philosophy, and discover the benefits of diving into yoga with a like minded community (sangha) of new yogic friends.
