About Maria
Maria’s intention as a teacher is to share the power of the practice and to create space for people to discover the joy that resides in each of us. Maria ’s classes are fluid – a connection between breath and movement; and energising – a combination of strength and balance. She seeks to incorporate the balance between traditional and modern yoga.
