How we address common signs of perimenopause and menopause
Our program isn’t about quick fixes. Let’s be honest here: “10-days to lose your menopause belly fat” programs just don’t work!! Your digestion is moving into a new metabolic phase, so instead we’ll guide you through sustainable nutrition practices (no restrictive diets!) and mindful movement, fostering a healthy relationship with your body and with food, as you navigate changes in metabolism.
We incorporate Ayurvedic principles and practices, breathwork and herbal remedies to balance your body’s internal heat, managing the frequency and intensity of hot flushes (or as we like to call them, “solar surges”) .
Journey into clarity with yoga, meditation and mindfulness techniques, empowering your mind and promoting positive mental health practices during this transitional phase.
You’ll learn the signs and signals of hormonal fluctuations, how they affect our brain and cognition, and how to navigate them while maintaining your sanity! Who is the program for?
- Women who are in their 40’s or early 50’s who are experiencing discomfort, frustration, confusion and upheaval with the onset of symptoms relating to menopause and perimenopause.
- Women who are in their 50’s and beyond who have perhaps transitioned through menopause and are now considered ‘postmenopausal’. Some women experience symptoms for 10 years or more! It’s never too late to add a holistic focus to your wellbeing routine, even if you’re postmenopausal or currently on HRT.
- Women in their 30’s or early 40’s who want to understand what lies ahead, be prepared and be in tip-top health with a toolkit of self-care practices for when their ovaries start ‘winding down’ and all the fun begins!
- Anyone who is experiencing early, medical or surgical menopause.
How is the program structured?
Menopause is a major life transition, and it doesn’t happen overnight. By the time you experience your first symptom, your estrogen levels will have been fluctuating for a while, causing a myriad of effects that may continue to intensify as time goes on. This program is not a ‘quick-fix’ or a “one and done” workshop, which is why we don’t offer it over a short period of days or even weeks.
Glowing Through Change spans ten months, with fortnightly virtual gatherings. We meet entirely online via Zoom, so all you need is a reliable internet connection and your good self. Every session will be recorded and available on a dedicated course portal for you to access anytime, for up to a year after the program officially concludes. If you miss a session, you can catch up later. If you want to review a session, you can do that too!
Each gathering will be dedicated to learning about a different aspect of holistic ways to manage menopause and perimenopause, with discussions, Q&A’s, practices and lifestyle modifications that you’ll be encouraged to explore between sessions.
New, healthy habits are formed over time, and these are where the greatest advancements in your health and wellbeing will happen. You’ll be supported along the way with regular emails sharing valuable information and ideas that you can implement. A virtual chat group will be your go-to support network to ask for help and share your wins.
Every woman’s experience is different, there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to menopause. Glowing Through Change will take you on a journey of body, mind and heart, and as you cultivate the courage that it takes to make lasting changes in your life. We’ll be there with you, every step of the way!

I’m Nicole Walsh, a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher, Ayurvedic wellness guide and holistic health educator with over 23 years experience in the wellbeing space. Having navigated my own menopausal journey (and actually still navigating!) I intimately understand the challenges you may be facing. ‘Glowing Through Change’ is a reflection of that journey, infused with practical insights to guide you towards empowerment and balance. I've walked the path, drawing insights from both personal experience and the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. As a Menopause Coaching Specialist, my approach is also informed by the latest scientific evidence. Each module of the program is carefully designed to integrate the science with holistic practices , ensuring a comprehensive and effective strategy to enhance your wellbeing as you navigate your own menopause transition.

Around half the world’s population will experience menopause. Right now, Gen X women are going through menopause, and we’re lifting the veil, starting conversations in the public space, and changing the narrative on menopause. We’re destigmatizing mid-life and redefining what it means to be a 50-something woman. My goal with this program is to empower you to embrace this natural transition, move through it with confidence and grace, and call in the incredible woman you are destined to be!

Georgina Claxton is a qualified and registered Physiotherapist and Exercise and Sport Scientist who is passionate about Women’s Health and Pelvic Health.
