If you’re craving more meaning, more balance, and a deeper connection to yourself beyond the busyness of everyday life, this 9-week online Ayurveda immersion is for you.

Designed for modern yoga practitioners and teachers, this course blends ancient wisdom with practical tools you can actually use in real life — helping you feel more energised, grounded, clear-minded, and connected both on and off the mat.

Together, we’ll explore the healing science of Ayurveda through yoga, lifestyle rituals, self-care practices, and personalised wellbeing tools that support your unique body, mind, and rhythm.

This isn’t about perfection or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about learning how to work with your natural energy instead of constantly pushing against it.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

  • How to align your yoga practice with your unique Ayurvedic constitution (dosha)
  • Daily rituals and routines that support better energy, sleep, focus, and emotional balance
  • Ayurvedic approaches to food, herbs, and self-care for modern life
  • How to move through seasonal changes with more ease and flow
  • Ways to create a more intentional, nourishing, and sustainable lifestyle
  • How to weave Ayurvedic wisdom into your everyday wellbeing, yoga practice and life!

Whether you’re a yoga teacher wanting to deepen your offerings, or simply someone looking for a more holistic approach to health and life, this course will help you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful and empowering way.

Over 9 weeks, we’ll come together in a supportive online community for weekly 90-minute sessions, creating space to learn, reflect, and integrate these practices into daily life.

Expect a soulful blend of ancient wisdom, grounded conversation, practical tools, and personal transformation — all designed to help you feel more aligned, vibrant, and connected to the rhythms of life.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is an ancient system of health and healing, which is often referred to as yoga's "sister science". Yoga and Ayurveda come from the same source, and are perfect partners with a shared goal of promoting holistic well-being by harmonising mind, body, and spirit. As a nature-based tradition, Ayurveda emphasises personalised lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing practices to balance the body’s energies (doshas) and prevent disease.  Together, yoga and Ayurveda offer a complementary approach to optimal health, longevity, and self-awareness through daily practice, mindful living and appreciating the interconnectedness of all life.
