For most yoga teachers, combining their passion for sharing yoga with the business side of things can be challenging.

How do you blend the practice you love with the need to earn a living, pay expenses and taxes, and save for the future?

How do you balance time spent on social media and on your computer, with time spent in community and connection with your students?

What's the ideal mix of yoga-related offerings that will ensure you can maintain your energy while sustaining a livelihood that you love?

Learn from the experts!

Nicole's teaching career spans 24+ years, having co-founded and operated some of Sydney's best-known studios including InYoga, and as original founder of Bodymindlife.  The breadth of her work involves owning and operating multiple studios, and as an educator through training and mentoring yoga teachers, running retreats, workshops and teacher trainings, presenting at yoga festivals, hosting and presenting at yoga conferences, being a podcast guest, writing for yoga publications, and so much more!

Rod's yoga teaching journey over the last 15 years has seen him volunteer for not for profit organization Art of Living, before co-founding InYoga wth Nicole. Rod's passion for creating memorable experiences through yoga is a natural progression, following a successful career as a leading event designer and director. He brings to the table expertise in business, event production, and working alongside charitable organisations, and has infused this experience into the creation of empowering teacher trainings, studio classes, workshops and events, and skill in mentoring new and aspiring yoga teachers. Rod's experience working in the corporate world has led to the development of bespoke corporate yoga, meditation and wellbeing programs for both large-scale companies and boutique businesses.

Together, as two of Sydney's most respected industry leaders, Nicole and Rod have built InYoga from the ground up over the last decade, cultivating a strong sense of community and a business based upon yogic values.  Their combined skills and deep sense of purpose and passion for sharing yoga has nurtured hundreds of yoga training graduates who are teaching in thriving yoga communities all around the globe, many of them now with their own yoga studios. In addition, they have touched the lives of thousands of yoga-loving students through InYoga's holistic approach to yoga for wellbeing and personal empowerment.
