We’ve poured a lot of love into our studio design, and are delighted to offer you two spacious rooms with lime-washed timber floors, high warehouse-style ceilings and mood lighting, creating a relaxed ambience to go deep in your practice. Our main Vinyasa room is equipped with radiant heaters, which will be used in cooler weather to take the chill out of the air; and for your yogic comfort will only ever reach a maximum of 25 degrees C. In fact, when the weather is warmer, we’ll opt for no additional heat. Our second room is more intimate, equipped with bolsters, blankets and meditation cushions for Yin yoga, Pre-natal and meditation, and is not heated.
Change
Women’s and men’s change rooms offer adequate toilets, showers, lockers, full-length mirrors and hair dryers. We encourage people to bring their own padlock for securing belongings, or a small number locks are available from reception.
Hire
Towels and yoga mats are available for hire, and members will be able to store their personal yoga mats in a dedicated mat storage area (conditions apply).
Shop
A well-stocked retail area supplies yoga accessories for fashion conscious yogis, or in case you forget to pack your pants! Yoga clothing, mats, mat bags, props, water bottles, books, music, jewellery, organic skin and hair care - all the accoutrements for the modern-day yogi are available. Where possible, we’ve opted for products that are ethical, sustainable and organic.
Hydrate
For environmental reasons, we’ve chosen not to sell water bottled in plastic. Instead, we offer free filtered water, so please bring your own bottle or pick up a funky refillable bottle from our shop. Alternatively we do sell coconut water for after-class hydration.
