Our final session in the series, this workshop centres around movements that expressly affect the spine: forward bending, backward bending and twisting. Learn how to create these movements in a healthy and sustainable way, focussing on core support and elongation of the spine. Ensuring that your spine is balanced will enable your body to feel more free through yoga practice, and you’ll also learn how understanding these common movement patterns contribute to moving more easily through life.
