Continuing on from the essential foundations needed for a seamless and sustainable Vinyasa practice, this session will look at creating ease and fluidity in transitions.  We’ll focus on how to step forward from downward dog into lunge - a movement that many people find challenging due to hip mobility issues, and lack of core awareness.  Nicole will share some techniques that will have you flowing easily through these important transitions. We’ll also look at how to align yourself in Warrior poses in a way that works for YOUR body!
