Vata Balancing Class: Smooth & Steady
In Ayurveda, the Vata Dosha (constitution) is comprised of Air and Ether elements. When Vata is out of balance, particularly in cool, dry, windy weather or in times of stressful change, you might feel restless, anxious, nervous, worried, scattered and generally ungrounded. This class will help to balance flighty energy by cultivating a steady approach to practice, with slow and intentional movements and smooth, rhythmic breath. Stay warm and serene, nourish yourself with simplicity and practice with a “less is more” approach.
