30min Release class with Nicole
If you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, or experience neck and shoulder tension, this practice is for you! Work through specific neck and shoulder releases that are perfect to do anytime you feel the stress building up. This session can be practiced largely sitting in a chair and doesn’t require you to use a yoga mat. You can also enjoy this as a preparation for any practice that requires extra shoulder opening, such as inversions and arm balances.
