Being Grounded in the Unknown (60 min) Prenatal

This 60 min prenatal class will bring you back to a place that is grounding and safe. Swimming through pregnancy can feel daunting especially during trimester 3. Staying in that space will challenge your nervous system, it will unsettle the boundaries within the body and mind.
Using centring techniques, the breath and gentle, mindful movements we can bring ourselves back to centre, back to the now and feel grounded.
