Having come to yoga after noticing the toll her fast-paced lifestyle was having on her health. Meghan was instantly hooked on the strength and sense of calm the practice created. Meghan has studied with many amazing teachers from around the world, including Nicole Walsh and Rod Galbraith, Brad Hay and Nikki Doane. 

Meghan teaches corporate and studio classes, including those newer to yoga. Bring fun and lightheartedness into the studio, Meghan believes that regardless of age, shape, or fitness you can leave her classes feeling grounded, steady, and recharged.
