Rachel Stanley

Rachel is passionate about helping people to maximise their physical potential, and her enthusiasm for empowering people through an appreciation of their own bodies is infectious.

Rachel Stanley is a yoga practitioner and yoga teacher and teaches the anatomy and physiology component of our 200 and 350  hour yoga teacher training programs.

Her 25 year history of linking anatomy to movement has enabled her to create inspiring classes and workshops that enable the yoga practitioner to better understand what they are doing on the yoga mat and how to use that time to create their best self.
