Angie Cowen

Angie is passionate about gluten free cooking and baking from the perspective of the health benefits of strengthening the digestive system. She believes that food should not only be a culinary taste experience, but should also aid in your body’s health.  

Angie trained as a natural and wholefood chef under the guidance of acclaimed wholefood chef and author Jude Blereau in 2010, and since then has specialized in creating wholesome menus for yoga retreats, wellness events and weddings.  She runs regular wholefood cooking workshops, and is the creator of Wellness Woman – a women’s networking event for the wellness industry. Angie’s passion for creating healthy and delicious food is infectious and inspiring, and her meals will definitely have you coming back for more!
