Vanessa WolffVanessa teaches Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and brings a down to earth, authentic approach to her classes.
Vanessa was first drawn to yoga to escape a stressful corporate life and alleviate severe anxiety. She found grace in connecting movement with breath, and the practice transformed her, creating greater connection and presence.
Vanessa completed her first 280 hours of teacher training with Nicole Walsh, followed by an additional 100 hours Intermediate training in Living Yoga, Alignment and Assisting. She has also trained with a number of international yoga teachers such as Tara Judelle, Simon Park, Ana Forrest, Les Leventhal and Bryan Kest.
Vanessa is passionate about using yoga to support and empower women and teens to develop nourishing practices that promote self-care. She trained in ‘Prenatal, Postnatal and Mums & Bubs Yoga’ with Ana Davis, ‘Yoga for Teens with Eating Disorders’ with Nikola Ellis, and ‘Food and Nutrition Coaching’ at Nature Care College. Vanessa is also an ‘Embody Love Movement’ trained facilitator, and inspires women and girls to embrace their inner beauty, and practice kindness towards themselves and others.
More recently Vanessa has been exploring her love of Yin yoga through trainings with Mel McLaughlin and Sarah Powers. Vanessa is passionate about using yoga to support and empower women and teens to develop nourishing practices that promote self-care. She volunteers for A Sound Life Charity, teaching yoga for the ‘Teens with Eating Disorders’ program at Westmead Hospital.
