Jaime is passionate about yoga as a tool for uncovering and embracing your authentic self. A big believer in the power of personal resilience and connection with community, Jaime knows first hand the limitless benefits that a habit like yoga can bring into your life. 

Jaime began practicing mindfulness meditation to help manage stress in her creative career, and fell in love with the newfound connection and purpose that it brought her. She cemented this when she married movement with meditation through a rhythmic and creative vinyasa practice. 

Jaime completed her 350hr Teacher Training in 2015 with Nicole Walsh, and delved deep into her curiosity for the medicinal qualities of yoga and meditation with Celia Roberts and Leanne Davis in 2016.
