Carly explores a slow and steady practice which aims to reconnect individuals with the subtleties in their bodies as a way of helping them delve deeper into self inquiry.

Carly Boscheinen teaches a style of Vinyasa flow yoga which has evolved from her passion of embodied movement. After practising for 3 years she further explored her love for yoga by completing a 350 hours of teacher training with InYoga. She draws inspiration from her teachers, including Nicole Walsh, Tara Judelle and Roxy Holder. 

Carly explores a slow and steady practice which aims to reconnect individuals with the subtleties in their bodies as a way of helping them delve deeper into self inquiry. Carly creates a yoga class experience that helps people move through the armour we often guard around our heart, of who we think we should be. Through yoga, Carly cultivates curiosity and freedom of self-expression, and allows people to discover who they really are.
