Beth's classes leave you feeling empowered to step into your full loving capacity so that love becomes your anchor for living an awakened and empowered life.

Beth loves to see people connect to the magic of being alive. She teaches two complimentary styles of Yoga, embodied Vinyasa Flow and deeply therapeutic Yin. She empowers her students to connect with their life force and love through every conscious breath.

Yoga found Beth when it crept into her subconscious as a child. She grew up knowing of its profound capacity to awaken and empower. She knew in her every cell that she would share this practice with others.

Beth is eternally grateful to her teachers Stewart Gilchrist, Nicole Walsh, Melanie McLaughlin and Rod Galbraith for their unwavering support, love and knowledge. Beth is qualified as a 350hr Vinyasa teacher, 100hr Yin teacher and a lifelong student of Yoga. She loves that Yoga keeps her in wonder and curiosity as it continually reveals.

Beth inspires her students to explore and expand their view of themselves. Expect to feel strong and supported in your physical body, while soft and at ease within.
